Common courtesy phrases

Post  SirJeivus on Wed Apr 11, 2012 3:29 am

Hi MD!

Personally, I deal with people of all sorts of different backgrounds. And I thought it would be interesting to share how to say "ggs" in multiple languages.

ggs = good games, usually said at the end of a match or playing session with another person. Usually considered common courtesy to say it.

English:
ggs = good games
glhf = good luck, have fun

Chinese (Taiwanese): 謝謝指教
這是一場好比賽

Tagalog (Philippines): magandang laban

Spanish:
hi = hola
thanks = gracias

Japanese:
ggs = otu desu
thanks = arigato
